Why did you start working with Tasty Edits?
Raffaello: Delegation is necessary. Crucial. Now it’s a big team I have behind me, when it comes to the research. I’ve got several specialists – former archaeologists with two years of experience digging in Syria and a postdoc anthropologist. All of them academics that are held in high esteem as published authors.

How has your channel been developing since you started working with Tasty Edits?
Raffaello: Changing to daily uploads has made a huge difference for me. Just one month of daily uploads quadrupled my salary. I’ve also seen about five times more growth since I started uploading daily.
It’s worth it, for myself and for my audience. It’s a lot of work! But because of the higher revenue, I can submit more video orders, which gives me more high-quality content, which increases my channel growth. I have a budget that I can invest back into my content. And this allows me to maintain quality while increasing quantity.
I do have to work more now that I upload daily, but I’ve learned to work smarter rather than harder. At the end of the day, it would be impossible without delegation. I can send three videos to Tasty Edits’ editors, and they will work on them simultaneously and give me some really high-quality content.
