Guest Post Guidelines

Share your story with our readers! ✍️

Tasty Edits’ Creator’s Blog is a valuable resource for thousands of readers every month. We’re happy to accept guest posts that add value for our readers and showcase the experience and expertise of the authors

Please read these guest post guidelines carefully before sending us your pitch.

We do not accept any paid link placements or sponsored guest posts.

How do I submit a guest post pitch?

To submit a guest post, please send a pitch to blog@tastyedits.com. We do not accept submissions of finished pieces

In your email, explain your credentials, your content idea, and the structure of the post you propose. Please include links to previously published content or other writing samples.

Our editors will get back to you within 7 days. No need for follow-ups.

Successful pitches explain why a topic is relevant for our audience of successful video creators. How does it add value for them? Will it help them generate better content ideas? Grow their audience? Extend their reach? Improve their monetization?

We do not accept overly promotional topics or articles only talking about one tool or service.

We also do not accept any AI-generated text and require that all authors provide proof of their identity and expertise, such as links to their LinkedIn or Twitter profiles or their personal websites.

How do I submit my piece?

If your guest post pitch has been accepted by our team of editors, you can submit your article as a Google Doc link via email. Our editors will take care of proofreading and pass the finished article along to our web design team.

Your article needs to be grammatically correct, written in American English, SEO-optimized and well-structured, with a clear introduction, subheadings, and a conclusion. Your style should be conversational and familiar – you’re talking to creators after all, not business execs.

Please provide links to any sources you use. Sources need to be reputable and recent. We don’t accept outdated statistics or blatantly promotional link placements.

Please format your Google Doc using H1, H2, and H3 tags, with 1.15 spacing and add a space after every paragraph. Submissions must be between 800 and 2,000 words long

If you want images or graphics for which you are the copyright holder added to the article, please upload them into a Google Drive folder as .png files and include the link in your submission.

Your article also needs to include a short meta description and answers to 3-4 FAQs

Include a short bio (150 characters max!), a headshot, and links to your LinkedIn profile or personal website.

Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will be disregarded. Here is an example of an acceptable submission
