Hiring Manager – Tasty Edits
We’re currently looking for a remote Hiring Manager to help us grow the Tasty Edits video editing team. As a Hiring Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for hiring and training our remote video editors and thumbnail artists. You may also work in other areas like social media management or promotional outreach, so some graphic design skills are preferred.

Hiring Manager Qualifications
We’re hiring passionate Hiring Managers to help us grow the Tasty Edits team.
A great fit for this remote role is someone:
- With a creative mind who can proactively invent new hiring processes and workflows
- With at least 6 months of interviewing and hiring experience
- With at least 1 year of professional video editing experience
- Who is proficient with spreadsheets
- With a data-oriented approach
- Who is familiar with YouTube editing trends, social media, and content creation
- Who can communicate fluently with English speakers
- Who is persistent as hell and extremely ambitious
Hiring Manager Responsibilities
We’re growing fast, so your role might evolve over time, but here’s what we’re expecting today:
- Creating and optimizing hiring processes and workflows
- Filtering and grading video editing and thumbnail artist applications
- Scheduling interviews
- Conducting interviews
- Coordinating with other members of the Tasty Edits team
- Onboarding new hires
- Training new video editors and teaching best practices
