How does the process work?
You log into our Video Order Management Application (VOMA) and upload your raw footage. We give you a dedicated team: your video editor, thumbnail artist, video manager, and channel manager (if you’re subscribed to YouTube Channel Management). Your team edits your video and gives you the first draft, within 48 hours in most cases. You can track your order directly on VOMA and your team will keep you updated. Feel free to request as many revisions as necessary!
What platforms can you edit for?
We edit videos for all platforms, not just for YouTube. We can also format or reformat your video for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, your website or app, or anyplace else you need.
Do you edit 4K videos?
Yes, we do!
What is your turnaround time?
For long-form videos it’s 48 hours for the first draft. This applies to orders with up to 60 minutes / 20 GB of raw footage. For short-form videos it’s 24 hours for the first draft.
Do you offer revisions, and how many?
You get unlimited revisions with every video.
How does your pricing work?
You can order one video at a time or a discounted package of videos. Our standard pricing for long-form video editing is as low as $278 per video when you purchase a package of 8 videos. Short-form videos start at $80 in a package of 30. Think of packages as your inventory of videos.
Our pricing is also based on the amount of raw footage you submit per order. Standard pricing includes up to 60 minutes and 20 GB of raw footage for long-form videos. If your raw footage is longer there is an additional fee.
Plus, you can purchase add-ons such as thumbnails or vertical reformats for short-form platforms when you submit a new video order for $43 per thumbnail or vertical reformat.

What types of videos do you edit?
We edit pretty much any type of video you can think of, both long-form content and shorts. Apart from educational material, that includes niches and formats like beauty & fashion, compilations, cooking, fitness, try-on-hauls and product reviews, interviews, lifestyle content, podcasts, travel, vlogs and video essays – just to name a few. Currently, we DO NOT edit: wedding videos or 2D or 3D animations. We do not provide voiceover services, but we CAN edit your voiceover videos.
How do I share my footage?
When you submit a new video order, you can upload your raw footage directly to our Video Order Management Application (VOMA) or a share a link to your own cloud storage. The same goes for any extra material you want us to have. VOMA is the software we built from scratch specifically to make submitting and tracking your videos fast and easy.
What video editing software do you use?
Our professional video editors use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Will I have the same video editor for every order?
Yes. You’ll have the same dedicated video editor, video manager, thumbnail artist (if you order thumbnails), and YouTube channel manager (if you sign up for YouTube channel management) for every video.
Do I have full ownership of the videos?
Yes, of course! You maintain full rights and ownership of all videos and deliverables.
